Worse than a Sin of Omission

In another example* of the liberal media twisting stories to fit their narrative, Katie Couric tries to frame gun rights advocates as not having an answer to a question by showing B roll footage of them staring at the floor for 9 seconds after she asks a question.  In reality, they answered immediately.

One of the participants said, “That was not a tough question… That was not a question that our members would not know the answer to. It’s kind of like sins of omission.”

He was being kind to call it a sin of omission by Katie and her producer.  It was a lie.  A mis-representation of the facts.  But the report had to fit their pre-defined narrative.

Their defense is laughable – “My intention was to provide a pause for the viewer to have a moment to consider this important question before presenting the facts on Americans’ opinions on background checks. I never intended to make anyone look bad and I apologize if anyone felt that way.”
